Designed proforma, prepaid and deferred revenue handling, automated AR dunning in SuiteFlow and escalated a SuiteTax defect through Oracle engineering to protect close integrity.

TELUS, Senior Product Manager: delivered a cloud B2B SaaS fibre platform end to end in Scrum — product-instance architecture, speed-per-premise analytics and a churn-prediction model — and built the Customer Lifetime Value model adopted for pricing and investment decisions.

Close the CRM-to-ERP gap and govern every invoicing and revenue dependency without breaking the audit trail.
Action
Salesforce CPQ integrated through Boomi into Zone Advanced Billing, Advanced Revenue Management and Stripe; two systems integrators governed through SIT, UAT, mock bill runs and a zero-downtime cutover.
Result
Legacy CRM, Certinia and PSiGate retired; first full quarter-close on the new stack. Quote-to-Cash and Stripe Implementation Leader Award.

Task
Reporting to the CEO, own NetSuite OneWorld across GL, AP, AR, inventory and the order lifecycle — and make the integrations reconcile.
Action
Shopify (Celigo), Extensiv 3PL, NuORDER B2B and Atlas RFID integrated; Centric PLM delivered in four phases; AR dunning automated in SuiteFlow.
Result
RFID live-sync cut inventory cycle time by 90% and removed manual hand-offs; BOPIS relaunched with a P&L ownership matrix.
